Who We Are
RouteWash is operated by Alexander Landaverde / GrowSoft. These Terms govern your access to RouteWash booking pages, customer checkout, flat platform billing, and simple dashboards for bin cleaning businesses.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@routewash.com.
Using the Service
You are responsible for the information you submit, the decisions you make with the service, and the people you invite to use your workspace or shop account.
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, to upload malicious files, to interfere with the service, or to access another customer's workspace without permission.
Accounts And Access
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method and devices secure. If you believe your account was accessed without permission, contact us promptly.
We may suspend or limit access when needed to protect the service, other customers, payment integrity, or legal compliance.
Plans, Trials, And Billing
RouteWash is free until the operator's first booking through RouteWash. A valid card is required before opening the storefront for production billing, and the platform plan is $59/month after that first booking.
Payments and billing details are handled through Stripe. Prices, trials, and plan availability may change prospectively, but we will not intentionally change completed billing records.
Customer Content
The service may process app-specific records and files, including Google sign-in: shop owner account identity and access to the platform workspace, customer booking with contact and service-address information: customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, service addresses, selected bin sizes, service frequency, payment status, and job dates, Stripe checkout: customer checkout, card setup, subscription, payment, invoice, and webhook records, and GA4 analytics: site and product usage measurement when analytics is enabled.
You keep responsibility for your customer, quote, estimate, model, and business content. You grant us permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
No Professional Advice
The service helps organize business workflows, quotes, estimates, checkout, and related records. It does not replace your professional judgment, code compliance checks, customer approvals, tax advice, safety review, or legal review.
No Warranties
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free output, a particular business outcome, or that generated records will meet every legal, trade, accounting, or customer requirement.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for all claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Disputes
Texas law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, email support@routewash.com and give both sides a reasonable chance to resolve the issue informally.
Claims must be handled individually, not as a class or representative action. Either side may use small-claims court when available, and either side may elect individual arbitration for a dispute that cannot be resolved informally.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The posted last updated date shows when the current version took effect. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
